East Point’s Solid Waste Department is committed to maintaining a safe, sustainable, and clean environment for residents, businesses, and visitors in the City. They serve 44,000 customers weekly and provide excellent services such as Same Day Bulk Pick-up. At the request of a resident, the solid waste division will schedule a special pickup appointment for the collection of bulk materials such as discarded appliances (“white goods”) or large items of furniture.
