No-Cost Minor Home Repair Program
The City of East Point is proud to offer a No-Cost Minor Home Repair Program designed to help qualifying homeowners maintain safe, dry, livable housing. With an initial $350,000 funded through federal funds and an additional $250,000 of Fiscal Year 2026 local resources, this program provides essential repairs at no cost to eligible residents through Greenheart Construction and HouseProud. The program targets seniors and veterans who meet specific criteria, and the City is currently working through a waitlist to serve residents.
What the Program Covers
Eligible repairs may include (but are not limited to):
- Roof patching or minor replacements
