City Agriculture Plan
The East Point City Agriculture Plan aims to cultivate community pride and relationships amongst East Point residents, businesses, and local government. This plan builds, promotes, and sustains East Point’s commitment towards socially equitable policies, programs, and sustainable land use practices that benefit the community food system, ensuring economic and ecological opportunity now and for future generations.

Comprehensive Plan 2022-2023 Update
The Comprehensive Plan is the City’s “roadmap to the future.” It contains a future land use map, and goals and policies that provide guidance to the City as we grow and change to meet the demands of a growing region.

PATH Trails Master Plan
The PATH/KAIZEN Planning and Design Team suggests it is time to repurpose some of the public rights-of-way to create safe and enjoyable spaces for walking, biking, and socializing in East Point, Georgia. The East Point Line will have a positive effect on adjacent property values, the overall health
of the community, and the ability of the city to attract and retain employers and the the educated young people they wish to employ.

Willingham Corridor Study Update
The Willingham Corridor Improvement Study will help develop a future vision for this unique corridor that connects the cities of College Park, East Point and Hapeville, provides access to and from these cities as well as Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and provides access to the headwaters of the Flint River. amenities and green infrastructure.
